High-build, chromate-free alkyd primer with rust-inhibitive properties, modified for thick layers application;

available colours: red oxide, black, light grey, white;

application: thick priming coats for protection of metal and iron surfaces, steel elements and structures against corrosion; as multi-layer corrosion protection systems together with additional layers of alkyd enamels for finishing coats; systems recommended for: steel structures under influence of C3 corrosivity category, underground mining structures, machinery and equipment, cargo wagons, containers.

characteristics: the main advantages of the paint are: very short drying time, very good rust inhibitive properties and protection against corrosion due to content of phosphate pigments, resistance to periodical influences of increased temperature. It can be easily applied up to 300 µm wet film thickness without risk of sagging (depends on dilution).

The coating can be damaged by direct actions of petrol and solvents onto the coated surfaces.
